- The Publisher is a Communications professional with a background in human rights advocacy including refugee rights, digital rights, free speech and free expression. I have demonstrated experience working across the West African sub-region in media development, journalism and international development. I am particularly skilled in web and social media management, international affairs and corporate communications. Over the years I have added on job-specific skills through work assignments and volunteerism in the area of design. I have a Masters Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Ghana with specialisation in media management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the Ghana Institute of Journalism
